How much does real estate photography cost in Salt Lake City?
Packages start at $200 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft and $379 for the Signature package, which includes drone stills, a virtual twilight image, and a measured floor plan. Luxury and estate properties start at $649. Pricing is based on square footage, not time on site.
How fast will I get my photos?
Standard delivery is by 9:00am the next business day. Rush same-day delivery is available for shoots booked before 2pm for an additional $95. Saturday shoots are delivered Monday morning at no extra charge.
What cities do you serve?
Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Herriman, Riverton, Lehi, American Fork, Park City, Bountiful, Murray, and West Jordan. There is no travel fee anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley; Park City shoots are booked as dedicated half-days.
Are you licensed to fly a drone?
Yes. I hold a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate and carry commercial liability insurance. LAANC airspace authorizations are filed in advance for any property inside controlled airspace near SLC International.
How should the home be prepared before you arrive?
Lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway, counters and floors clear, toilet lids down, and pet items put away. I handle light styling on arrival — straightening pillows, adjusting shades, moving a chair — at no charge.
How long does a shoot take?
About 45 minutes for a 1,500 sq ft home, 60–90 minutes for 3,000 sq ft, and two hours or more for estates with drone and twilight coverage. You don't need to be present, though most agents are.
